The Working Group – Monmouth Fish & Game

The Working Group is an informal but important gathering of Directors and interested members who meet to develop and refine ideas that impact the club. This group serves as a collaborative space to “hammer out” proposals—working through the details, logistics, and potential impacts—before they are formally presented at a Monthly Business Meeting.

By discussing items in advance, The Working Group helps ensure that proposals brought to the floor are clear, well thought out, and ready for productive discussion and decision-making by the membership. It also provides an opportunity for members to contribute input early in the process, ask questions, and help shape initiatives that support the club’s mission and operations.

The goal of The Working Group is simple: better preparation leads to more efficient meetings and stronger outcomes for Monmouth Fish & Game.
