Annual Meeting & Potluck Social

Monmouth Fish & Game invites you to join us for our Annual Meeting, Potluck Dinner, and Social Gathering—a great opportunity to connect with fellow members, enjoy a shared meal, and take part in the future of our club.

Event Schedule:

5:00 PM – Social Hour
Kick off the evening by catching up with friends, meeting new members, and enjoying a relaxed atmosphere.

6:00 PM – Potluck Dinner
Please bring a dish to share if you’re able. This is always a highlight of the evening and a great way to showcase your favorite recipes.

7:00 PM – Annual Meeting & Elections
We’ll review the past year, discuss upcoming initiatives, and hold elections for Club Officers and the Board of Directors. Your participation is important—this is your chance to have a voice in the direction of Monmouth Fish & Game.

Following the Meeting – Auction & Social Time
Stay after the meeting for a fun auction featuring a variety of items. Proceeds help support club programs, conservation efforts, and facility improvements.

Important Note:
This event will serve as our regular April monthly meeting. There will be no meeting on April 7th.
